As a Managed Service Provider, we shall provide the following: as specific work-stream examples, although it is accepted that any reasonable and appropriate request for work will be undertaken:
- Emails
- Managing email accounts
- Creating and configuring new email accounts.
- Creating and configuring email signatures.
- Perform daily checks to confirm core services are available
- Securely connecting mobile equipment such as iPads, iPhones, and Android phones to the email server.
- To provide remote support service to the client, assisting them with hardware and software problems related to emails.
- To ensure that security and data protection best practises are followed at all times.
- Website Hosting
- Ensure Monthly maintenance (regular updating of the websites) is conducted.
- Perform daily checks to confirm core services are available.
- To provide end-user support for the websites, helping users update content, resize photos, and troubleshoot incidents.
- EndPoint Maintenance
- Ensure all endpoints are compliant and regularly updated.
- SharePoint
- To create a template library on the portal for use across various projects.
- To securely connect users to the portal.
- Ensuring all brand-related material is readily available on the portal.
- Graphic Design
- To provide graphical artwork as per the client’s request, for example, in the form of posters, flyers, and brochures.
- To provide printouts as per the client’s request, with additional costs billed and accepted by the client before task execution.
- Reporting, Training, and Policies
- To ensure that all work is carried out in line with IT policies and procedures.
- Where possible, provide end-user training to ensure staff get the most out of the software and systems provided.
- Techno-Freaks will submit a monthly activity report within 5 working days at the end of the month.
Notwithstanding the above, Techno-Freaks receives the right to request additional payments for specific project work by mutual agreement and quote accordingly.
